A bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences. Since 2017 working for Interko as an engineer responsible for thermodynamic calculations and the development of fruit ripening systems as well as improving the understanding of fruit ripening from a chemical engineering perspective.
